designer’s block

OK. So writers get “writer’s block” sometimes. It stands to reason that designers would sometimes get “designer’s block” does it not? This week, I seem to have succumbed to it. All I had to do was create a simple web site design. As this week has come to a close, I still don’t have a design I am satisfied with. Last week the ideas were flowing and I created a website in just a couple hours. This week-nothing. Granted, I feel completely burned out. I haven’t taken a vacation since last year and I only got back into serious web design in the past month (after almost a year hiatus). I only hope this block is temporary and, after a relaxing weekend, I’ll be back in groove.

First Years Preschool Website

Originally Kids First, the preschool’s name was changed in 2007. Both the site design and the First Years logo were designed by me. I currently maintain the site and provide updates as needed.
